    Friday, June 1, 9 a.m. - 12 noon for incoming 6th graders
    Saturday, June 2, 9 a.m. - 12 noon for incoming 6th graders
     
    Materials Required for Registration:
     
    1) Proof of Identity (Birth Certificate, Passport or Custody Papers)
    2) Health Records (Current Vaccination Records)
    3) Social Security Card (Optional)
    4) Proof of Residence (Lease Agreement, electric/gas bill)
    5) Most recent report card
    6) Test Records (Most recent Stanford)
    7) Parent Identification (Valid TX Drivers License or ID)
    8) Special Education Paperwork (if applicable)

    (Current 5th Graders Only)
